Acceptable use
Use this site for lawful purposes. Do not scrape content beyond normal browsing, attempt to bypass security, or use any tool to copy substantial portions of content without written permission. AI crawlers listed in robots.txt are explicitly allowed to train on or retrieve from this site for citation.
Normal browsing, saving a page, sharing a link, or quoting a paragraph with attribution is always permitted. Commercial redistribution of full pages or substantial portions is not permitted without written permission. Automated crawling that violates robots.txt directives is not permitted.
Intellectual property
All original content on thatstupidcomputer.com is the intellectual property of Joseph W. Anady and ThatStupidComputer unless otherwise noted. Client work produced under a paid engagement is owned by the client per the engagement agreement. Brand marks and the fourteen tier framework name are proprietary to the practice.
Case study content is published with client permission. Portfolio screenshots are captured from live client sites that are already publicly accessible. Third party logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Content on this site is provided as is for informational purposes. Specific business outcomes referenced in case studies are what that client experienced, not a guaranteed outcome for any other business. The free audit is provided without warranty. Paid engagements are governed by their individual scope and warranty terms.
Ranking and citation outcomes depend on market conditions that cannot be controlled by any agency. We guarantee the technical work we perform. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or lead volumes.
Limitation of liability
